Vibee: HR Tool app for iPhone and iPad

Vibee is an Employee engagement software that collects opinions and visualises data over time.

Anonymity
In Vibee you are always anonymous. All users of Vibee see the same type of data as you - they have a personal analytics section with statistics about their own satisfaction that only they can access, as well as an analytics section that displays the companys statistics. HR and the Vibee team can see and filter data, but individual responses cannot be traced back to you.

Features:

Vibes
Vibes are short, anonymous surveys created to take the pulse of the organisation. It is from the questions asked in Vibes that Vibe score is calculated. Vibes consists of questions developed to cover all aspects of an employee experience within 7 categories: leadership, development, relations, feedback, work situation, wellbeing, and engagement.

Vibe score
The vibe score is a number between 1-100 that measures the degree of satisfaction that employees as a whole feel regarding their work situation. By measuring Vibe score in different categories, the organisation gains an understanding of the employees sentiments and attitudes towards their job - and can make improvements accordingly.

Surveys
The survey feature is a classic type of survey and is used to evaluate specific events or topics. The survey answers are not connected to the Vibe score and are not visualized on your analytics page, they are only visible for HR. During the test phase, the Vibee team will also have access to the Survey feature to collect user feedback about the application.

Challenges
Challenges are activities created to boost an enjoyable corporate culture, as well as to encourage employees to complete work-related tasks. Each challenge is only open for a certain period of time, if you complete it within the time period, you will be rewarded with a number of honeypoints.

Honeypoints
Honeypoints are Vibees local currency. By collecting points through answering vibes and completing challenges, you will reach various goals set under the Rewards tab.

Rewards
Rewards are gifts you earn when you have gathered a certain number of honeypoints. The reached rewards can be either collected or donated to charity – the choice is yours! It is the organisation that decides what gifts you can collect, and what charities that will receive your donations.

Medals
Medals are personal accomplishments that are achieved when you have reached certain milestones in Vibee. Each medal has six levels: bronze, silver, gold, platinum, titanium and diamond.

Analytics
The analytics page is where the data collected from Vibes is displayed. Analytics is divided into two sections: Myself and Company.

The Myself tab shows your personal statistics, which are based on how you have responded to questions in Vibes. The statistics show how satisfied you are with your organisation separated into different categories. The data is measured in a Vibe score which is a number between 1-100, a high score indicates a high satisfaction. Only you can see this data about yourself and your opinions.

The Company tab in the analytics function shows the Vibe score of your organisation, which is based on how all employees have responded in Vibes. The data is measured in a Vibe score where a high score indicates a high satisfaction. Everyone at your organisation can see this data.
